Due to the real-time nature, it is impossible for us to monitor the chat 24 hours or control what a user in the chat says. We do, however, try our best to maintain control of what each user does and have the power to remove them from the channel (as well as the server) if neccessary. There is no guarentee that whatever is being discussed inside the channel is appropriate for all ages, as there is no set topic. In result, we ask that each user is at least 13 years of age, but it is not enforced. Generally, the chat is an enjoyable environment for all ages.
